This salon at this branch was filthy. The waxing area was unhygienic. The washroom was disgusting. The hair brushes needed cleaning. The whole place needed to be renovated. Now for the hair.... Severely overpriced for what you get and what it advertises. A small few might be talented; one girl cut to the picture exactly but was bound for Toronto shortly. Other hairstylists couldn't match the cut or colour of the picture at all. Honey blond highlite request turned into platinum blond reality. Had to go back twice in the same sitting to get it toned down. Not many know how to cut short hair styles in this town.
