I don't understand how this place is still in business. They never answer the phone, they book appointments and don't keep them. Don't ever buy a wagjag coupon from this place. Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shocked
No one ever answers the phone. You must always leave a message. When I was finally able to make an appointment, the employee and I discussed at length of the two days I was available and we worked out the times. When I arrived at the "salon" I was greeted with a glare and was asked what I was doing there. I said I had an appointment and was told I didn't, without the employee even checking the book. I told her she called me earlier in the week and that I spoke with her and had to appointments this week and she again replied I didn't. I was shocked. Not only did she not greet me with any words like maybe something like good morning welcome to..... but she is now telling me I have no appointments. So after some words exchanged back and forth she handed me papers to fill out, reluctantly. The "salon" is un kept and I didn't see an actual hair salon. I got a strange feeling from this place. Very unprofessional and rude staff, well there was only one person there, very strange for a full service salon, no? Don't go here. Ever.
