I have know joana for many years she is awesome and a great hairstylist if she said anything about Italians well I knew she worked for slave drivers

I went to this salon because it was close to where I was living at the time, and the stylist that cut my hair was very unprofessional! As soon as I walked into the shop, I saw that the owner (Joanna I think was her name) was cutting hair and she seemed to be getting along well with her client. After she was finished with the client, it was my turn. She never cleaned up the hair that she had just finished cutting, and when she started to cut my hair, at one moment, she excused herself and disappeared behind the front desk. When she came back from behind the desk, she was commenting on what someone had posted on her facebook page. I'm sorry, but to be checking out your facebook page while in the middle of a haircut is highly unprofressional! On top of that, she started bitching about how she hates Italians because she thinks that all Italians are a bunch of scam artists, racists and slavedrivers. Again, very highly unprofessional! I have dealt with many Italian people, and they are wonderful people! If this is the type of behaviour that she is displaying, I will never step foot inside her shop ever again!
