Massage treatments are most effective when the body is in a full state of relaxation, which is why we have created an atmosphere of comfort and serenity for you to enjoy. Total relaxation of the body and mind are important in order for the therapist to provide the best possible treatment. Our massage therapists have extensive training in healing the body through massage touch. Soft music, the radiance of a candle, your favourite fragrance, a warm therapeutic bath.. Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or someone special, we have everything you could want and more!. You are also invited to visit our relaxation and body-care gift shop. The treatments we provide are available in 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute intervals. Only a Registered Massage Therapist is able to provide their clients with receipts which may be submitted to private insurance companies for re-imbursement. We are more than happy to provide you with our knowledge of maintaining physical and mental health. After your treatment you may want to browse through our specialty relaxation gift shop. If you feel that a relaxing atmosphere is not necessary for your treatment and you would prefer a more clinical environment we can provide you with that as well, whatever makes you most comfortable. We specialize in everything you need to treat your body, mind and spirit. You will enjoy your treatment in a beautifully decorated, candle lit room while listening to soft gentle music. We provide a sanctuary to escape the daily physical and mental stresses of everyday urban life. All of our therapists have completed a 2,200 hour course and are registered to practice in Manitoba. We are unique to Winnipeg in that we have created a relaxing spa like atmosphere in which you can enjoy your therapy treatments.
