I had a great experience , the staff was always ready for my appointment and took care of my sensitive skin and I have no burns or scars, very pleased with my results so far, I recommend!

Just don't even bother coming here. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and clearly has no patience for her clients.

I received laser treatment from Richmond West Derma. The owner said I could not receive my last laser treatment because the coupon had expired. Unfortunately, she did not tell me that the coupon was only good for one year. Even more disappointing from the service was that she did not give me any receipt for my purchase, despite me asking for it at least three times. In my opinion, this behaviour showed a lack of professionalism. The laser itself showed very limited results. I am not happy, and will be seeking laser treatment elsewhere. I would not recommend going to Richmond West Derma for laser. I have no knowledge about any other services they provide, however.

I got the Groupon for laser hair removal at RichmondWest. I did not like the workers at all - they were really rude. Their friends would come in without appointments and they would make me wait as though my appointment didn't matter at all. When I would call to schedule an appointment in advance, the lady was always rude and acted like it was such a hassel to schedule over the phone. Avoid this place!
