At 17, Nicole began her apprenticeship at a growing studio, where she learned the importance of maintaining strong customer relationships. Rachel keeps up to date with current trends in cutting and colouring by attending hair shows and classes, understanding that education is an important part of being an all-around stylist. Rachel has trained and worked with multiple colour lines and companies such as Wella, Joico, Revlon and Schwarzkopf.
