Been going since this place opened. Always had same hairdresser as she worked well with my hair. Walked in (as usual) asked for regular dresser to do my usual. Highlights & trim. Receptionist asked her as she was busy at the time, she replied yes. So I sat & waited 2-3 minutes. She put in the solution, left it in about 1 hour (unusually long time) then washed it out and informed me she would not have time to cut my hair. Had she told me from the start, I would have come back or gone elsewhere. Will NEVER go back. Was also charged the price of whole treatment. On business card, it does say WALK-INS WELCOME and always have done it this way. Furious!!
