I would never again go to Kel and Bri's. This salon is absolutely disgusting. They are filthy, do not comply with health and safety standards and do not care for the well-being of their clients. All they are interested in, is earning money quickly and not caring about what they clients have to say. The customer service skills (or should I say lack of them) in this place are absolutely atrocious. The staff members at this salon think that they have the right to scream at, insult and offend their clients if they do not like someone. Since when is treating someone who is paying for your services like garbage appropriate? When threatened that the Better Business Bureau will be called on them, they get extremely offended and being insulting people on a personal level. I would never in my life give them another penny of mine.

I was extremely disappointed with the services received. I had 3 laser treatments and absolutely no hair loss results! I was told I would see hair loss after the second treatment by the employee and did not. Complained after the second treatment and again was told I would see results after the next treatment. After next treatment I still did not see results. The bed was very dirty which lets me believe they do not clean their linens or their machines. I will not return and will not recommend this company to anyone.
