I was directed by a colleague of mine to go see his wife Dr Tan who runs the clinic. Her office has moved to the North Park Medical Plaza at this time. Since I work at Chrysler, we are entitled as part of our benefits orthotics for foot support. When I first went for an assessment for orthotics, and she was great. More than willing to answer all my questions, and took her time. But that was only for the initial appointment. I have flat feet and other issues. When I tried to make appointments with her for other issues (which were in her mind minor or not important) I never received any responses. I'm speaking to other colleagues, they all seem to share the same issues. Unless the appointment is for orthotics (which is supposed to be the highest profit for foot doctros) she won't give you the time of day. I would recommend going somewhere else where the doctor actually cares about you as a patient and not only for your insurance.
