Her journey began with training to become a certified reflexologist, massage then soon followed by training and certification in aromatherapy, auricular therapy and ancient stone massage. Eresa Mazzella began her exploration into complementary health care and hot rock alternative treatments as a result of a personal goal to achieve optimum health and well being. Experiencing Leamington the positive benefits of these treatments, Teresa decided to further educate herself on the various holistic modalities, in an effort to help others achieve wellness.
