I just had my eyebrows done and the result was NOT what I wanted. I have been growing out my eyebrows to finally get them shaped the way I wanted and seeing the good reviews online, I was swayed to entrust my eyebrows to Arvi's. I came in with very specific instructions and I even brought in pictures. I requested very thick eyebrows with no/very minimal arch. I was VERY CLEAR about what I wanted, and the girl agreed and I thought everything was going to be fine. When she showed me the result of the first eyebrow and needless to say, I was crushed. I quietly told her that it had a little more arch than I was expecting but on the inside I was so angry because it had emphasis on the arch and she even said that she was following my natural arch WHICH I MADE CLEAR I DID NOT WANT. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AND STRESSED that I wanted little to no arch and she IGNORED that? I was very hesitant with her defense and regardless of the fact that I wanted to leave right then and there I let her continue with the other eyebrow. The end result? Thinner eyebrows than wanted (this one's not too big of a deal),eyebrows shaped opposite to what I wanted, and thinner eyebrows with thicker ends. I'm not the person to make a scene so I quietly paid (I even tipped, because I was too shocked) and left immediately. The bottom line is that I came in as a hopeful customer, gave my very specific requests, and put my trust in the salon, but was ultimately ignored in favour of what the worker thought best over what I wanted and what I paid for.

Ashley was my stylist and she was fantastic! She took the time to create the perfect color for me. She listened to what I wanted in terms of my haircut. Everyone's friendly and welcoming attitude and Ashley's expertise, I definitely give Arvi's 5 stars!
