Jay joined the Dolce team in July 2009. *special Congratulations to Jay and Julie who have successfully completed the Affinage/TBBS Colour Masters certification. In April 2010, Julie attained her Affinage Master Colourist certification and is in very elite company being one of only 10 other Ontario stylists to hold this certificate. Recently, our staff has completed the Kevin.Murphy "Consult.Me" program, and participated in a hands-on cutting class with celebrity stylist Jeff Wacker. Jay has an outstanding reputation in our industry for being an elite colourist. She has developed an outstanding reputation in Burlington for her trendy looks and attention to detail. She is a precision cutting specialist who always treats her clients to new and inspired looks. Last summer Julie's looks were featured in Downtown Burlington magazine.
