I can only make a rating based on customer service as I have yet to have any work done here. I had a consultation with brett regarding a tattoo and paid a deposit for sketch work. Four months later he hasn't given me any sketches, no phone calls, no emails. I have been able to get him on the phone, as soon as I told him who I was, he hung up. I feel like this is a scam, he has so far not returned my deposit. I went to brett based on good online reviews, good portfolio, and a recommendation from someone I know. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and would like others to know so that they do not throw their money away like I have.
