The owner does not understand she is in the services industry and should be nice and helpful as opposed to extremely rude and unhelpful.

I had appointment for keratin treatment, the owner of the salon yelled at me severel times...did not do the treatment another stylist Dana, very kind and talented, did the treatment and I really liked, But I will never go to this salon again. Somebody needs to teach manners to the owner
