Responding to the young man below Hello. I am a 59 year old, am a student of Sakyong Mipham RInpoche's. 4 yrs ago I stetrad to have panic attacks, a very difficult time for a while. Mind can become detached from itself so to speak. Where do u live, do you have a desire to meditate on a daily basis. 10 mins a day is good. Please try to find a copy of Turning your Mind into an Ally by SMR. Very good instruction. Best 2 find a meditation ctr near you to have a group to relate to. Find heart.
