I love the HuFriedy ultrasonic Swivel XT<a href="http://pdkgap.com"> iensrt</a>. It does a great job on tenacious deposits in deep pockets and the distals of second molars. The tip is thin, but the power can safely be turned up without breakage because of increased metal strength. I would like to have a wand that I could wave above the gingiva margin that would record pocket depths automatically on the computer. I also wish I was trained to use a dental endoscope. Burnished calculus can be as smooth as glass. It would improve my scaling effectiveness.
