All in all they did a great job on my hair. The spa facilities are a bit mix and matched and nothing seemed to be in the correct place. The esthetician had to keep leaving the cramped room to get the proper supplies she needed. They need proper spa chairs for pedicures and room is so small you feel like you have been shoved in a corner, not relaxing whatsoever. My waxing was not thorough, upon returning home there were patches of hair left on my face where there should't be. The place could really use a cleaning especially the floors and baseboards in the smaller rooms. When I went to sit in the salon chair I found hair all over it...put me off a bit. Having said all this the staff are very nice and accomadating. I will definately return to the hair salon as they did a great job but would not book any spa treatments in the future. The manager is very kind, professional seems to treat the staff well. The front staff are polite and friendly. Thank you
