Will never return !
Absolutely terrible customer service .. First time visiting there , my sisters and mom go often, I just moved Into the area. I had went for a relaxing pedicure and manicure. I was completely rushed , although they were busy , doesn't mean your service has to pay for it. Both were done in about half hour . Just terrible. I got a design , which I paid 10$ extra for. This design was for a wedding party I'm in outside of ontario. He was well aware of that. Today is one day later , it has peeled and chipped every, and I didn't even work yesterday. Not even so much as do dishes. Upset, and with little time before leaving out of town, I went back . Hoping they would do it again for me. Nope. I was told it's my fault. And I should have used they're shellac , which was an additional 30$ . Begging with them that I was on my way out of town , just to do it very quickly ... They said no.. I had to make an appointment and do it in a couple days. He claimed the next 2 days they are booked. I just couldn't believe it. Iv read other reviews. Apparently I'm not the only one disgusted in their customer service, and terrible job done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. SUNSHINE nails , and LB nails are just down the road .. And both have been great to me. My mother , and sisters will not be returning here either. It's a shame to loose 5 customers over a 3 minute paint job. When I let him know this he said "oh well" ... Just terrible.

Owner is inappropriate with customers who have complaints, concerns, questions. Told my mother she spoke "jibberish" when she noted a discrepancy in cost. Also treated his staff inappropriately after my mother questioned what she was being chraged. Strongly do NOT recommend supporting this salon!
