I had really expected an amazing experience but left feeling a little disappointed and feeling flat : ( Not the experience that I had hoped for. The esthetcian that I had arrived late for my pre booked appointment and left 45 minutes early. Leaving me with someone else to finish my appointment. Had I known that this was going to be the case I would have appreciated knowing in advance that there was a conflict with time and given the opportunity to arrange a more suitable time in which I would have gotten ALL the time and services paid for rather than sitting around waiting for someone else to finish the job.
