In order to accommodate all clients with varying schedules we offer 15 - 20 acceleration classes a day. With a variation of classes focusing on different styles and intensity levels we are confident there is a class for everyone. We offer small group classes allowing each client to receive personalized attention and effective teaching techniques from our trainers. Classes are executed in the same manner as traditional circuit training. Weights, resistance bands, swiss balls and other standard gym equipment are incorporated into a full body workout on the acceleration machine. Infrared sauna therapy increases blood circulation and oxygen supply to damaged tissues, promotes relaxation, relieves stress and is considered to be 7 times more effective at detoxifying the body than conventional saunas. Clients of all ages (whether they be performance athletes or seniors) will obtain noticeable improvements when they utilize Power Plate and/or Infrared technology.
