The stylist does not leave any openings in her schedule to be able to change apt. time. She's booked 3 months in advance which is not good for someone who doesn't know what their work schedule would be. When I told her I had to book someone else to get my hair done as I could not get into her (after being a 2year reg. client) she checked her books and said "actually it's been six months since you've been here". It made me feel like I was not valued as a client, she was not willing to listen to feedback and I will not go back or recommend to any of my friends. The proper response s/h/b "I'm sorry that happended, let me make it up to you by ....... and offered me something, anything!
