I have been going here for a year now. Every appointment i make with them i show up 20 minutes early. They are always 30 minutes late starting my nails. What is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to honor them. The English is lacking in this establishment. The time it takes to get gel nails done here is about an hour and a half. The place i went to before this took 45 minutes. They have no receptionist so the nail techs are constantly racing for the phone while you are waiting around. I have many complaints about this establishment. There is one GREAT thing about this place. The gentleman who does nails at splendor is fantastic. He should be training all of the ladies there. He does a consistently great job. Thanks to you i keep coming back.

Disappointed customer
There are a couple of things, first while getting my pedi done the lady went too deep and cut my foot, second I went in a couple of days ago I went to get an eyebrow wax and my brows are now uneven an too thin to get them fixed:( and third they have no debit and it is very inconvenient.

I have always enjoyed my experience at this locaiton, I was drug to my first appt kicking and screaming due to a fear of having my feet touched. These girls were wonderful and i have been a regular client ever since
