How does one go about redeeming a gift voucher (purchased through Travelzoo), when no one answers the phone? I am regretful for having shared knowledge of this deal with friends (via Travelzoo). We have shared a similar experience (i.e. does not answer calls, location does not exist). Please don't do this to people. Don't take their money for trusting you.
