The staff talk more with one another than they do with their clients. It's nice to have a lax enviornment but you have to be professional and make the clients feel welcome. Very cluttered salon, not very organized. I used the washroom facilities and could hear staff talking negatively about clients in the shop. I saw The owner and although I liked my color I could go without smelling her stale cigarette breath and clothing. Over priced for what I got, so to future clients avoid if you can as I won't be returning!
