the place definately needs updating; sat in the chair to get my hair washed and sank down so low I jumped. The springs were sagging and the chairs are old and worn. The chairs you sit in to have your hair done are very old too and needs replacing for sure. The girls are really nice and friendly though. The products are not professional products,they get their shampoo from Sallys and its not even a brand name. Last time I was there I couldn't see through the dirty window to the bus depot and the bathroom was out of toilet paper and they had paper towel there to use in place of...
