I had an extremely bad haircut with Randy of Urbanite hair salon. I requested for a slight trim and touch up of my existing brownish hair colour. I trusted his service to do a proper hair cut but instead he took decision into his own hands without listening to what I wanted and did short layers from my shoulder length hair to the length as short as the top of my ears. The shape of my hair is totally changed and the multiple short and uneven layers made me look like a complete nerd. What worse was instead of a hair colour touch up of my existing brown hair, my hair is coloured almost black and unnatural. The final shock came when the total charge added up to more than $15 from my last visit. Good hair stylist listens to what their clients wants and do not make decisions opposite to their needs. I feel very sad and horrible with the terrible hair-cut and colour and of course, will not visit this salon again or recommend it to anyone.

This was my first visit to Urbanite and I was completely impressed with the entire experience. It was a great cozy, funky, energetic yet relaxing environment. There's something definitely special about this salon...I also a great haircut!
