Not impressed.
I originally had hair just above my belly button. I went in asking for 2 inches taken off. My hair did not get washed, only slightly dampened with a spray bottle. After about an hour of cutting, the end result was 7 inches taken off, and it looked like a 3 year old had cut my hair. It was uneven, choppy and not at all what I had asked for, and to make matters worse, it was picture day at school.
