Went for an evening appt on June 23 and sign on door said re-opening on June 23 and it was closed . I was never called to let me know they were closed and to re-schedule . Totally unprofessional not to let customers know this ahead of time .

After calling several times over a period of 2 weeks, an employee finally answered the phone (note you can't leave a message, the mailbox is ALWAYS full), and I booked a microdermabrasion appointment. When I went to the appointment, I was told the business has no electricity and that the machine was broken. I was asked to re-book, which I did. The second time I went in, I was told the business still had no electricity and there was nothing they could do. They could not even provide me with a firm date of when the electricity would be back on or the machine would be fixed. I wasted two vacation days on these wasted appointments. Noone even had the courtesy to call me in advance to let me know that these services could not be provided. When I asked why they didn't bother calling, I was told they had over 2000 people they still needed to get back to, and there was no time to get back to me. I am trying to get a refund, but have been told by the business that only Groupon can refund my money. I do not recommend anyone waste their time and their money on this business. Their customer service is below-standards and completely unacceptable. Buyers beware!

I worked briefly as a laser tech at Avid. They hired techs and trained them in a few days. You need much more training than that. They were using faulty equipment with no warranties on this equipment. Rather than shut down that machine they chose to use it on the lowest setting and basically trick the customer into thinking they are getting a treatment. The owners told us technicians that by the time they come back for their next treatment in six weeks that they would either use a different machine or have that one fixed. Before they started using the low setting the laser was burning clients because of a crack on the glass. When a client came in and complained and said that they knew the treatment didn`t work the owner told them that you don`t always see or feel it right away. The technicians were good but unfortunately they went along with this practice. I couldn`t keep up and was let go after a week which was fine with me because I knew I needed more training and knew what was happening was dangerous and morally wrong.

i bought 2 packages, of 1 years worth of treatments. MY 8th treatment in april was cancled do to double booking my tech(sam)awesome girl. it was also my 3 treatment for my other 4 areas.rebooked (cancled again (may,june,july i showed up and they were closed for electrical issues, lasers not working. i went in july 23rd spoke with mike(he booked me for aug 6th, and said i would recieve a full year of treatments for all my packages. went for my appointment and theres now a sign saying they owe rent. . i recieved good service up until april.im so upset, we all have been scammed,all my hard earned money down the drain. i live on a fixed income and treated myself to these treatments to gain confidence. i guess my confidence is gone too. i wish i knew how or what we can do to get our money back,. As far as being burned, i was never burned, only erin and sam did my treatments. but sam did tell me Mike has burned many others when he does treatments. i was such a patient customer.i was understanding each time they cancled and throughout them closing, i never once email mike, i did try and call but no answer. and even when i went in and spoke to mike, i was friendly and never asked for a refund ,just asked what willl happen to my missed treatments. he scammed all of us.. i hope he cant sleep at night. Funny thing is he shops at my work.. gonna be hard to be friendly with him ..

This place is horrible! The customer service is seriously lacking. No one EVER picks up their phone, so I have to drive all the way there in person just to make an appointment. Also, I usually have to wait minimum 30 minutes when I arrive on time! They also have screwed up my appointment time before and made me reschedule even though it as their fault! Horrible customer service, and very unprofessional staff. It seems like the sell too many Groupons but then can't fit everyone in, so sometimes it takes MONTHS to get an appointment. I plan to use up my Groupon, but then will NEVER be going back!
