Sold me services this past January as a compliment to the groupon I had. Then they went out of business and I'm out 200 bucks!

Went to my scheduled appointment and there was a sign on the door that they were closed. Nobody called me to let me know this. Apparently they have been closed for awhile. Very unprofessional

Avid MediSpa in LONDON, ON is not a professionally run business. They are running a scam with GROUPON, they currently have their doors closed and have not contacted any of their clients to advise them of re-scheduled dates (as many have indicated, they do not answer calls, voice mail box is always full). They have scammed many out of money with no service provided to clients. DO NOT purchase any GROUPON services from them - it is a scam!

It is a fact that Marcia left the business entirely and legally in mid 2013 mainly due to conflict between her and Mike. Sole ownership was transferred to Mike. Certificates must have been inadvertently forgotten. Professionalism and customer loyalty was Marcia's trademark over the preceding 16 years in that location starting there as a Registered Massage Therapist. The partnership she formed with Mike in later years was ever challenging and was starting to compromise her values.

I paid $800 upfront about a month ago for my first appointment. When I showed up last week the doors were locked and lights off, there was a sign on the door saying closed for equipment maintenance until June 23. I figured they had just missed telling me they needed to Re-schedule. I tried calling yesterday and no answer as usual, I went by to see if they were open and still closed. Think they just screwed a lot of people.
