Exact same thing happened to me - finally got someone on the phone after trying several times. Went in for my appointment and they didn't even have a record of me. Woman was a huge B* and said "Oh no one told you the guy who was supposed to help you called in and took today off". No apology and was rude when she was rescheduling me - made no effort to accommodate me after I made the effort to show up early for my appointment. Going to use my Groupon and never go back (considered asking for a refund but that would require too much interaction with the beast who "helped" me.

I paid over $1000 to receive a one-year hair removal service and unfortunately after 5session they called me that my next appointment is cancelled until June . They did not even gave me the phone number or address of their new location. They do not answer the previous phone and I am completely hopeless with my trust being horribly damaged. Would anyone please let me know how can I open a complain about that?

Given the large number of people who are willing to take action to be reimbursed, it would be great if we could have a platform such as a Facebook page to discuss our potential solutions to take a collective action against them

Went for booked appointment today that was scheduled 3 weeks ago and the door was locked. I have not been called to tell me it was cancelled. Seems pretty sketchy to me.

Super Angry
I received a call informing me that my May appointment would be cancelled and would receive a call to reschedule my appointment as soon as the equipment was ready. Several weeks past. I started calling with no answer. I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. So I decided to just show up and see what was going on. There was a notice saying they would be back and running on June 23, and now there is a notice saying July 7th and today is sthe 11th! WHAT THE HELL!!! On my last visit, I PAID AND TIPPED for another service. I feel like I am being lied to and stolen from. What king of business are they running here? If I hadn't visited the spa, I would not have known of their "June 23rd" return. There is nothing indicating on their voice mail or website that they are not in business right now.
