AVID in London is a horrible experience. Broken down machines and not properly trained staff. Forget about buying a groupon; and if you do, good luck booking appointments. Staff never answer the phone and their machines are always damaged. They take your money gladly and do not care about the customer. DIRTY place. Machines are full of goo and not properly cleaned between customers. Run Run Run away from this business - I would if only they would refund my money!!

This has been a horrible experience right from the beginning! I purchased a Groupon beginning of April. After a few days of trying to reach someone I scheduled my first appointment for 04/26/2014 in the evening. I showed up and they told me my appointment wasn't until May 26th. It was then when I was able to get my first treatment. I showed up for my second appointment to a closed office with a note on the door that there is a delay on the new laser equipment and they hoped to be open on June 28th. I went by today since there voicemail is full and no answer; still closed.

Complaints must be left with the Better Business Bureau. A file has already been opened and this is the only hope you have to get money back. I don't know how Mike can sleep at night. Please forgive me for my previous statement in regard to Marcia since I had no idea that she had sold the business. All I would have liked was a phone call, explanation and apology for taking my hard earned money. I think the fact that Mike has still not contacting his customers speaks volumes!!

I have pre-paid for laser hair removal treatments and like everyone one here I have showed up at the place and there has been no one there and no notification that my appointment was cancelled. I am frustrated and would also like to take action, but don't know where to start.
