Since April have been having a lot of issues getting appointments. They cancelled one because a machine was down. Took a long time to get anyone to answer the phone or empty out the voice mail so a message could be left. Early June office is closed for "machine repair. June 27 drove to office for a scheduled appointment-this is an hour away from the house. Office is locked up, lights are off, and a note on the door indicates the "office electrical problem" has been fixed and the office will open on June 28th. Don't know if that has happened. They haven't called to reschedule the appointment. The mailbox is still full. And still no one answers the phone. Extremely poorly run office with very little concern for existing customers.

This is so frustraining. Does anybody know how can we get our money back? If anyone is going to file a lawsuit I am willing too...

Customer Given False Address

I had an appt. booked with the "Owner" for an IPL skin treatment on June 20th/14. He had actually written on my last appt. card that their new location would be at the corner of Southdale and Wellington by KFC. I was told to go there for my next appt. and he then explained - in detail, that it would be quite easy to find. Believing him, I showed up on June 20th/14 and found that they had not moved!! I then drove across town to Adelaide location and found a note on the door,"CLOSED - Opening June 23rd". Not sure why I was given false information and sent on a wild goose chase? WOW - a false address! I had actually been getting treatments with him for over 1 year - I was a faithful customer. I have been leaving messages and stopping by their location with no results. I had just bought a new package through Groupon. Very disturbing situation - I would have to think they would at the very least be honest with customers that have already paid for services. I will be getting some legal advice and advise others to do the same.

Any Mouse

They run their clinic as if they are medical specialists, forgetting that they are in a customer service industry. Their business plan is sell piles of Groupons and low cost services, and run the clinic as a high-throughput machine. If this works for you, and you can book appts months in advance, then it is fine.
